The hearing on vacating convictions and re-sentencing of former attorney, high profile lawyer Paul Minor, my former judge, former Circuit Court Judge John Whitfield, and former Chancery Court Judge Wes Teel have been delayed until March 21st.  Therefore, I am holding the last part (3 of 3) of my series, Nancy Swan's proposed testimony,  until just a few days or up to one day before the hearing.
